Rosette Rolls
These rolls make the perfect hamburger bun for Barbecue Beef Sandwiches or Sloppy Joes because of their shape.

You can use your favorite bread recipe. I love them with the multi-grain bread posted on this website. After the dough has risen once, divide dough into twelve equal pieces (2–3 oz.) and roll into a long rope. Tie a loose granny knot with two long ends protruding.

Take one end of the rope and pull it through the middle of the granny knot, then around the outside of the circle, twice.

Repeat with the other side.

Once the rosette is formed, allow to rise until double in size, and then bake.
